The New England Academy of Dance admits students of any age, race, color, creed, or national origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded and made available to school students.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Enrollment in classes is for a full year. 1/2 Payment is due when you register for a class. The balance of the payment will be due on 1/5/2015, when the second semester begins.

If you withdraw from a class prior to the start of the semester, you will be issued a full refund minus the $40 registration fee. If you withdraw once the class has begun, you will not be entitled to any refund; however, you will not be charged for the second semester. To withdraw: please email the office and notify them of your intentions. A phone call will not be sufficient notification of withdrawal.

Class Makeup Policy

If you are absent for a class, you are eligible to do a make up class any time during the same semester. You may take any class at the same level or below. Please call the office (203)972-3265 prior to the class reserve a spot. There will be a one week make up session added to the end of the Spring Semester to allow for any make up classes, as well.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
